I know people are struggling and trying everything to manage their mental health conditions. They may want to talk to someone about medication, but they’re hesitant because they've heard these anti-medication messages….Instead of pushing our beliefs and opinions onto others, we should give people the tools, knowledge, resources, and freedom to weigh their options and make the right decision.
